Every kids' show has a theme, with folk songs (some classic, some new) geared towards the theme and the enjoyment of the younger folks that come out to hear them. This is a monthly event happening every third Saturday of the month.
The evening show is a showcase of original music! Hosted by Gina Holsopple, the evenings will include guest appearances from folks that perform original music in the Central New York area. Any musicians interested in being a part of Roasted Acoustic should contact Gina at ginaholsopple at gmail.com

We are starting a new event that we are planning on hosting every third Saturday of the month. We will have a children's show in the afternoon specifically geared for ages 4-10 (though all ages are welcome!) and then an adult show (though all ages are welcome!) in the evening. We will be inviting other songwriters from the area to join us for the day. Come spend a day of music with us!

This show is a part of Sprenkefest - celebrating 50 years of the Sprenke soccer tournament.
JFK was president and Stan Musial hit .330 - at the age of 42 - when the St. Ann Men's Club started a soccer tournament on the "little" field behind St. Ann School. Since then, thousands of families have watched their children play in the "Sprenke", which celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2011.
The St. Ann Monsignor Sprenke Soccer Tournament is the oldest continuous parish tournament in the St. Louis area. The St. Ann's Men's Club continues to sponsor the Sprenke Tournament as well as provide financial support to the entire athletic program for the children of St. Ann. The money raised is used to support the sports program, underwrite an annual high school scholarship, and support other necessary parish programs.

This is an event to raise money for a movement called the "Community Well." It is a group of students that are working to raise money to help small communities around the world dig their own wells so that they are not dependent on buying someone else's water. It also seeks to raise awareness about the politics of, and the health of, water systems. Come out and enjoy the day! The event runs from 12pm until 8pm. There will be lots of music and lots of vendors.

Laurie Halse Anderson is the New York Times-bestselling author who writes for kids of all ages. Known for tackling tough subjects with humor and sensitivity, her work has earned numerous national and state awards, as well as international recognition. Two of her books, Speak and Chains, were National Book Award finalists. Laurie was honored with the 2009 Margaret A. Edwards Award given by YALSA division of the American Library Association for her “significant and lasting contribution to young adult literature…”. Mother of four and wife of one, Laurie lives in Northern New York, where she likes to watch the snow fall as she writes.
We will be performing before Laurie Halse Anderson speaks on her latest book "Forge".
